Bottle Opener Key By Suck UK

Bottle Opener Key By Suck UK
Bottle Opener Key By Suck UK No More Breaking Your Teeth Opening Bottles An award winner no less. Sometimes, very simple is perfect and here is a good example of that. It looks like a front door key but it is in fact a cunningly disguised bottle opener. This can make you look very cool at parties when people think you are using a real key and can’t work out why their shed key doesn’t quite do it. Alcoholics too can conceal their tools of the trade and beer monsters who were once scouts will always be prepared. I’m sure there’s a door it will open too. MSI Anion PR620 Notebook and Air Purifer

MSI Anion PR620 Notebook and Air Purifer
If you happen to work in a smelly place, this is for you: MSI claims that this laptop will also purify the air, very much like a normal air purifier, using ions. The idea is funny, but I guess that in some smoke-filled regions (like Asia?), customers are so desperate that they might drop a few more bucks to breathe a slightly better air. So does it work? I honestly don’t know, but MSI has some nerves to come out with this. (Read the full post about ‘MSI Anion PR620 Notebook and Air Purifer’…)

Researchers tout progress with maglev joystick, aim to bring it to market
Posted Mar 5th 2008 1:57PM by Donald MelansonFiled under: Misc. gadgets, Peripherals Maglev technology may be best know for its use in trains (and the odd wind turbine), but a group of researchers led by Carnegie Mellon University’s Ralph Hollis have some ideas of their own for it, with them now touting a so-called “maglev joystick” that they hope to bring to market. That, they say, can provide increased feedback compared to a standard joystick, and offer an alternative to complicated gloves and robotic interfaces. Key to that, obviously, is a whole bunch of electromagnets, which are concealed in the bowl pictured above and allow the “joystick” to levitate, while also providing resistance when it’s moved in any direction. Its Life OS has just gotten an update, bringing the version number up to 1.0.2 that enables your robotic dinosaur to explore its surroundings even more, being more alert of its surroundings, and singing whenever it is in a presence of a group of people. Speck SeeThru Case For Sony Vaio SZ and HP 6000 Laptops

Speck SeeThru Case For Sony Vaio SZ and HP 6000 Laptops
I’ve always wondered how come Speck SeeThru Cases were only available for Macbooks and Macbook Pros. But anyway, if you’re an owner of a Sony Vaio SZ and an HP 6000, you can finally get yourself a Speck Case! It’s only available in red, pink and clear though, and it doesn’t look as spiffy as the ones for the Macs. And another thing, the covers only protect the upper part of the laptop and not the bottom. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers, heheh! (Read the full post about ‘Speck SeeThru Case For Sony Vaio SZ and HP 6000 Laptops’…)
